- Click a thumbnail to download the PDF file.
- Open the PDF with free Acrobat Reader 5.
- Select "Fit to page" from the PDF print dialog box.
- With a color printer, print on legal-sized paper for best results.
- Trim off the excess white paper (a straight-edge and x-acto blade or scalpel works best).
- Fold the printed sheet in quarters.
